What a handyman job covers
Most calls fall into one of these. If a job is not listed, it is still worth asking, because the same crew does renovation, reinstatement and cleaning work, so the range is wider than a one-man handyman service.

What it costs

Bundling helps. A single call-out for six small jobs costs less than six separate visits, which is why we ask for a list or a few photos up front rather than quoting one item at a time.
A real job, with the numbers
A 689 sqft unit at One-North Eden needed to be handed back in condition. The whole reinstatement came to $850: move-out deep clean $500, four aircon units serviced at $25 each, and make-good and repaint at $400, less a bundling discount. One crew, one visit, one invoice. A cleaning-only firm would have covered the first line and left the make-good to someone else.
That is the reason to use a contractor rather than a handyman for anything that touches paint, tiling or waterproofing: the same team that patches the wall also repaints it, so there is no second trip and no colour mismatch.

How much does a handyman cost in Singapore?

Do you do small jobs, or only full renovations?
Both. A single leaking tap is a fine reason to call. Because the same crew also does renovation and reinstatement, several small jobs can be bundled into one visit.

Can you supply the parts, or must I buy them?
Either. We can supply taps, hinges, brackets and curtain rails, or install what you have already bought, including Taobao and flat-pack goods.
